Appointments
Appointments are required. We will attempt to contact you the day before
to confirm your time and date but it's ultimately your responsibility to make sure that you arrive on time. A credit card number is
required for all services.
Punctuality
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all
appointments. Any client arriving 30 minutes past the time of their
appointment may be asked to reschedule and be subject to the cancellation charge.
Cancellation Policy
All services (except Thermal Reconditioning) require at least 12 hours cancellation notice and Thermal Reconditioning
services require a 24-hour cancellation notice to prevent a $15 credit
card charge.
Parking
Clark Street: There's parking on Clark Street and some of the
surrounding areas. There's a valet (extra charge) available at the
front entrance. Please observe the parking meters and other signs.
Specials
Periodically we send out email or snail mail coupon offers.
Payments
We prefer check or cash but also accept credit cards.
Credit card processing is transacted with Payal.
